On 12 & 13 November, 2012 in Sofia, the 3rd Meeting of the Budapest Process Working Group on the Black Sea Region was held. The meeting was attended by the representatives from 30 countries and 6 international organizations.
The discussion was divided in four panels:
a) Irregular migration, recent trends in the Black Sea Region; b) Labour migration in the Black Sea Region; c) Legal migration and mobility channels; d) The role of the administrative procedures and secure documents.
The goal of the meeting was to bring the relevant national representatives and international organizations together, and to share the knowledge and through discussion, to identify the common priorities.
The MARRI RC Director Stojanovski presented the MARRI priorities and achievements of MARRI networks through the regional projects implemented by MARRI, under the first panel.
